When I press 'Open Column' I get a white screen. What's wrong?
Mac/PC: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. To install Adobe Flash Player, Click Here.
iOS (iPhone/iPad) or Android: To view the columns on the iOS or Android devices, it is necessary to go though 'Audrey Grant's Better Bridge' App. If you do not already have this, it can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and Gogle Play Store by searching for 'Audrey Grant'. Once installed, you will be able to open the App and sign in using your email and password.
